We have combined the best of traditional craftsmanship and industrial technology and produced sourdough bread with living starter culture. Our three types of sourdough bread – klasik, tamni and kraljevski are available in all Pan-pek stores today!
Why is Pan-pek sourdough bread better?
Because we use our own starter culture, which ferments longer in the bread. Every Pan-pek sourdough bread is hand-shaped into a small work of art, the way our grandmothers used to do it.
We do not use fresh baker's yeast or additives to make this bread. Due to the sourdough that rests for a long time, the bread retains its freshness longer and has a characteristic taste and texture.
We extract everything that good bread needs by properly conducting a long fermentation.
