Pak-pek Club card - loyalty points in euro

Dear customers,

With the introduction of the euro as the official currency of the Republic of Croatia as of 1 January 2023, it was necessary to make adjustments in the loyalty point scheme on your Pan-pek Club because of the difference in the value between kuna and the euro.

We have ensured that our customers will not be disadvantaged by the conversion and the adjustments. The number of loyalty points collected on your card as at 1 January 2023 will enable you to purchase the equivalent value of products as at 31 December 2022.

New loyalty point scheme, valid from 1 January 2023:
Every €2.00 (HRK 15.07) purchase earns 1 loyalty point. One loyalty point amounts to €0.10 (HRK 0.75).

The discontinued loyalty point scheme:
Every HRK 10.00 purchase earned 1 loyalty point. One loyalty point amounted to HRK 0.50.

For example:
If you collected 78 points on your Pan-pek Club loyalty card as at the end of 2022, they amounted to HRK 39.00 or €5.18.

When €5.18 is calculated into points using the new loyalty point scheme, where each point equals €0.10, it amounts to 52 points, which is recorded on your loyalty card as at 1 January 2023.
Due to the increase in the value of one point implemented from 1 January 2023, those 52 points now amount to €5.18, the same as at 31 December 2022.

Therefore, when the points collected under the discontinued loyalty scheme are calculated using the newly introduced scheme, the holder of Pan-pek Club is still entitled to the same monetary value on the card (in this case, €5.18 according to both the new and the discontinued point scheme).
