COMPLAINTS

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22), we hereby inform our customers that they can submit complaints related to the quality of our products and services in the following manner:

  • by email to the address: info@panpek.hr
  • by post to the address: PAN-PEK d.o.o., Planinska 2/C, 10000 Zagreb
  • or they may file a complaint in person at our business premises.

Customers are entitled to a written answer in response to their complaint no later than 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
