Zakona o igrama na sre\u0107u (NN 87\/09, 35\/13, 158\/13, 41\/14, 143\/14, 114\/22) i Pravilnika o prire\u0111ivanju nagradnih igara (NN 8\/10) PAN-PEK, d.o.o., Planinska 2C, Zagreb, OIB 58203211592, donosi sljede\u0107a<\/p>\n<h1>GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS<br>\u201ePAN-PEK I JAMNICA DIJELE 15.000 EURA\u201c<\/h1>\n<div><br><\/div>\n<h2>Article 1 The Promoter<\/h2>\n<p>Prire\u0111iva\u010d nagradne igre je PAN-PEK, d.o.o., Planinska 2C, Zagreb, OIB 58203211592 (dalje u tekstu: PAN-PEK). Podr\u0161ku u provo\u0111enju nagradne igre pru\u017ea New Level d.o.o., Ulica Huga Badali\u0107a 31, Zagreb, OIB 99200431992 (dalje u tekstu: New Level).<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Article 2 Promotional Period<\/h2>\n<p>Nagradna igra se provodi od 28. 4. 2025. do 30. 7. 2025. na PAN-PEK prodajnim mjestima na podru\u010dju Republike Hrvatske u tri kruga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>krug: od 28. 4. 2025. do 28. 5. 2025.<\/li>\n<li>krug: od 29. 5. 2025. do 29. 6. 2025.<\/li>\n<li>krug: od 30. 6. 2025. do 30. 7. 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KLASA: UP\/I-460-02\/25-01\/173<\/p>\n<p>URBROJ: 513-07-21-01-25-2<\/p>\n<p>Zagreb, 22. travnja 2025.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Article 3 Purpose of the Giveaway<\/h2>\n<p>The Giveaway is organized for the purpose of the promotion of the Promoter.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Article 4 Entry instructions<\/h2>\n<p>U nagradnoj igri mogu sudjelovati sve punoljetne fizi\u010dke osobe s prebivali\u0161tem ili boravi\u0161tem u Republici Hrvatskoj koje imaju aktivan korisni\u010dki ra\u010dun u PAN-PEK programu vjernosti, odnosno PAN-PEK digitalnoj aplikaciji.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Za sudjelovanje u nagradnoj igri potrebno je na bilo kojem PAN-PEK prodajnom mjestu na podru\u010dju Republike Hrvatske napraviti kupnju koja uz bilo koji PAN-PEK proizvod uklju\u010duje i najmanje jedan proizvod iz asortimana JAMNICA plus d.o.o. te prilikom kupnje skenirati PAN-PEK digitalnu karticu.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Korisnik PAN-PEK digitalne kartice mora u aplikaciji dati pristanak za sudjelovanje u nagradnoj igri, te \u0107e sve kupnje koje ispunjavaju uvjet za sudjelovanje u nagradnoj igri automatski biti uklju\u010dene u izvla\u010denje prema datumu kada je kupnja napravljena.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Za prijavu u nagradnu igru bit \u0107e kori\u0161teni osobni podaci povezani uz korisni\u010dki ra\u010dun u PAN-PEK programu vjernosti.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Svi korisnici Pan-pek plasti\u010dne kartice vrijernosti ne ulaze automatski u nagradnu igru, ve\u0107 moraju skinuti Pan-pek mobilnu apliakiju i registrirati se kao postoje\u0107i korisnik fizi\u010dke kartice.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Article 5 Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>U nagradnoj igri ne mogu sudjelovati zaposlenici Prire\u0111iva\u010da, dru\u0161tava New Level d.o.o. i JAMNICA plus d.o.o. te njihovih povezanih dru\u0161tava, kao ni \u010dlanovi njihove u\u017ee obitelji.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<h2>Article 6 Prize fund<\/h2>\n<p>The prize fund shall consist of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 x 1.000,00 EUR na go!card Mastercard kartici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ukupna vrijednost nagradnog fonda iznosi 15.000,00 EUR. Prire\u0111iva\u010d se obvezuje uplatiti 5&nbsp;% ukupne vrijednosti nagradnog fonda u korist Crvenog kri\u017ea Republike Hrvatske.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>U svrhu izdavanja i preuzimanja nagradne go!card Mastercard kartice, dobitnik mora na zahtjev Prire\u0111iva\u010da nagradne igre dostaviti osobne podatke (ime i prezime, OIB, kontakt broj telefona\/mobitela) i navesti poslovnicu Zagreba\u010dke banke d.d u kojoj \u017eeli preuzeti karticu. Podaci \u0107e biti proslije\u0111eni izdavatelju kartice Zagreba\u010dkoj banci d.d. samo za potrebe izdavanja nagradne kartice.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Article 7 Winner selection and notifications<\/h2>\n<p>Winners shall be drawn at the premises of the Promoter and according to the following schedule:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3.6. 2025. za 1. krug (prijave od 28. 4. 2025. do 28. 5. 2025.)<\/li>\n<li>2.7. 2025. za 2. krug (prijave od 29. 5. 2025. do 29. 6. 2025.)<\/li>\n<li>1.8. 2025. za 3. krug (prijave od 30. 6. 2025. do 30. 7. 2025.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Winners shall be drawn using a computer application and random number generator.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>One person is eligible for one prize. In the event when during the prize draw the winner is drawn multiple times, the prize draw shall continue until all prizes are awarded to different natural persons.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The prize draw shall be supervised by a three-member commission and a record of the prize draw shall be kept. The commission shall verify if the winner complied with all the rules set out in Terms and Conditions herein. In the event when a drawn winner is declared invalid, the prize shall be awarded to the next eligible entrant drawn.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Article 8 Claiming prizes<\/h2>\n<p>Kartica se mo\u017ee koristiti za pla\u0107anje na svim prodajnim mjestima u zemlji, inozemstvu ili za internet pla\u0107anje, koja nose oznaku prihvata Mastercard.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kartica se izdaje na rok od 1 godine bez mogu\u0107nosti produ\u017eenja roka kori\u0161tenja kartice.<\/p>\n<p>Karticu nije mogu\u0107e koristiti za podizanje gotovine ili za obro\u010dno pla\u0107anje niti je mogu\u0107e temeljem iste ugovoriti ugovorno tere\u0107enje, ve\u0107 je Nagradnu karticu mogu\u0107e isklju\u010divo koristiti kao bezgotovinsko sredstvo za jednokratna pla\u0107anja.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Preuzimanjem nagrade prestaju sve daljnje obveze Prire\u0111iva\u010da nagradne igre prema dobitniku. Dobitnici \u0107e o dobitku biti obavije\u0161teni u roku od 8 dana od izvla\u010denja. Dobitnici moraju preuzeti nagradu u roku od 30 dana od dana primitka obavijesti o dobivenoj nagradiodnosno o trenutka dostave podataka o dobitniku u banku izdavatelja kartice.<\/p>\n<p>Ako dobitnici nagrade ne podignu u tom roku, bit \u0107e ponovno obavije\u0161teni i nagrade \u0107e mo\u0107i podignuti u roku od 15 dana od dana primitka dodatne obavijesti.<\/p>\n<p>Nagradna kartica se izdaje isklju\u010divo na ime punoljetne osobe. U slu\u010daju da se u nagradnu igru uklju\u010di manje sudionika od broja nagrada koje su predvi\u0111ene nagradnim fondom, dodijelit \u0107e se onoliko nagrada koliko je u nagradnoj igri sudjelovalo sudionika. S nagradama koje ne budu realizirane postupit \u0107e se u skladu sa Zakonom o igrama na sre\u0107u (NN 87\/09, 35\/13, 158\/13, 41\/14,143\/14, 114\/22) i Pravilnikom o prire\u0111ivanju nagradnih igara (NN 8\/10).<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<h2>Article 9 General provisions<\/h2>\n<p>The Promoter shall not assume responsibility for incomplete, incorrect and late entries.  The Promoter and Giveaway entrants shall not accept any responsibility for any damage that might arise from the prizes or benefits.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or temporarily suspend this Giveaway only in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, which could not have been prevented, removed or avoided. Entrants shall be informed of the termination of the Giveaway on the official website www.panpek.hr. In the case above, the Promoter shall not be liable for any damage incurred to the entrants.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The Promoter\u2019s decisions on all issues with respect to the Giveaway and the application of the Terms and Conditions herein is final and binding for all participants.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Article 10 Publication of Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n<p>Pravila nagradne igre uz navo\u0111enje klase, urud\u017ebenog broja i datuma izdavanja suglasnosti Ministarstva financija bit \u0107e objavljena na internet stranici www.panpek.hr prije po\u010detka nagradne igre.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>\u010clanak 11. Obrada osobnih podataka<\/h2>\n<p>Sudionici u nagradnoj igri sudjelovanjem, odnosno prihva\u0107anjem sudjelovanja u Pan-Pek aplikaciji, o\u010dituju svoje prihva\u0107anje ovih Pravila te bez daljnjeg pitanja i odobrenja ovla\u0161\u0107uju Prire\u0111iva\u010da da prikuplja i obra\u0111uje navedene osobne podatke u svrhu provo\u0111enja nagradne igre.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Voditelj obrade osobnih podataka je PAN-PEK, d.o.o., Planinska 2C, Zagreb, OIB 58203211592. Izvr\u0161itelj obrade je New Level d.o.o., Ulica Huga Badali\u0107a 31, Zagreb, OIB 99200431992.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sudionik mo\u017ee u bilo kojem trenutku povu\u0107i svoju privolu za obradu osobnih podataka dopisom na adresu Prire\u0111iva\u010da, u kojem slu\u010daju gubi pravo na daljnje sudjelovanje u nagradnoj igri uklju\u010duju\u0107i i pravo na nagrade. Osobni podaci sudionika nagradne igre \u010duvat \u0107e se 120 dana nakon zavr\u0161etka nagradne igre nakon \u010dega \u0107e biti uni\u0161teni, osim osobnih podataka potrebnih za objavu dobitnika nagradne igre i osobnih podataka upisanih u Zapisnik o izvla\u010denju dobitnika. Osobni podaci dobitnika bit \u0107e podijeljeni s izdavateljem kartice isklju\u010divo u svrhu izdavanja nagradne kartice.<\/p>\n<p>The Promoter shall undertake all reasonably necessary measures to ensure that the personal data of the entrants are used and processed in a secure manner and in compliance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<h2>Article 12 Validity of complaints<\/h2>\n<p>All complaints shall be processed by the Promoter.
