- DIO: ORGANIZATOR KREATIVNOG NATJEČAJA

Za Nagradni natječaj vrijede ova pravila koja su obavezna za sve sudionike. Organizator zadržava sva prava izmjene pravila Nagradnog natječaja u bilo koje vrijeme tijekom Nagradnog natječaja. Svaka promjena bit će zabilježena i objavljena na kraju ovih pravila. Svaka promjena pravila Nagradnog natječaja, uključujući produživanje ili skraćivanje trajanja Nagradnog natječaja, bit će objavljena i počinje vrijediti od datuma objave na Instagram stranici Pan-peka. Organizator ne preuzima odgovornost za to jesu li sudionici upoznati s promjenama pravila Nagradnog natječaja sve dok su te promjene objavljene na Instagram stranici ili na kraju ovih pravila. Natječaj ni na koji način nije sponzoriran ili promoviran od strane društvene mreže Instagram niti je povezan s Instagramom.
- DIO: TRAJANJE KREATIVNOG NATJEČAJA
Nagradni natječaj traje od 01.06.2026. u 09:00h do 04.06.2026. u 23:59h.
- DIO: SUDJELOVANJE U KREATIVNOM NATJEČAJU
The Giveaway shall be open to all natural persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of the Republic of Croatia. The Giveaway shall not be open to employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (parents, spouses, children and siblings).
- DIO: MEHANIKA KREATIVNOG NATJEČAJA
Upute za sudjelovanje u Kreativnom natječaju:
Za sudjelovanje u natječaju kandidati moraju u komentaru nagradnog posta napisati recept za novi triple donut (punjenje · glazura · topping), zašto baš taj okus, ima li neka priča iza njega i s kim žele podijeliti osvojeni paket.
The Giveaway shall consist of one round:
- Krug traje od 01.06.2026. – 04.06.2026.
Prijave koje pristignu nakon 04.06. u 23:59h sati neće se razmatrati.
- DIO: NAGRADA I OBVEZE DOBITNIKA
Stručni žiri će odabrati pet najboljih odgovora i nagraditi će ih s paketom od 12 donuta (4 x triple čoko, 4 x triple vanilija i 4 x triple jagoda).
Dobitnici nemaju mogućnost primanja gotovine ili zamjenskih nagrada. Nagrada se ne može prenijeti na drugu osobu. Nakon odabira pet dobitnika, bit će odabrani i rezervni dobitnici, u slučaju nemogućnosti stupanja u kontakt s pet glavnih dobitnika ili glavni dobitnik nije valjan iz bilo kojeg razloga koji je izvan kontrole Organizatora. Rezervni dobitnik bit će kontaktiran ako se za to pojavi potreba.
The Promoter shall not be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. The Promoter shall not offer any kind of reward or compensation for the use of their posts (reviews).
- DIO: OBVEZE, ČUVANJE TAJNOSTI PODATAKA
SBy entering the Giveaway, entrants agree and undertake to comply with all the Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, entrants irrevocably accept that the Promoter is authorized to use their entry, their name and surname for advertising purposes. By entering the Giveaway, entrants give their consent to the Promoter to store their personal data in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The consent may be withdrawn at any time after the completion of the Giveaway. The Promoter shall handle personal data of winners pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act. The winner’s personal data shall be made available to the Promoter and the agency responsible for the organization of the Giveaway.
The data shall be used within the team responsible for the organization of the Giveaway and shall be stored until the winner claims the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of force majeure. Such events include, but are not limited to: computer virus, computer failure, manipulation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.
- DIO: SPOROVI
The Promoter and Giveaway entrants agree to amicably resolve all disputes. Where this is not possible, all disputes shall be resolved through legal means. The Municipal Court in Zagreb shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute.
