From a single bakery to an international Group – this is how our story began

1989, Bielany district – Warsaw (Poland). A family bakery called Inter Europol is established a modest beginning of what we proudly call the Inter Europol Group today. Over 37 years of operation, we have transformed a local business into an international Group that delivers high-quality food daily to consumers around the world.

Every brand that joins us brings its own story, character and people. We value and cherish that.

We do not acquire companies to change them. We invite them into the Group so they can grow - staying true to themselves, but with greater opportunities. We preserve local traditions, retain teams, and respect long-standing customer relationships. At the same time, we open new markets, expand offerings and provide access to resources that smaller companies could not afford.

1989.

It all started with a bakery and a small shop at Okrąg 1 Street in Warsaw, Poland. On October 2, Inter Europol S.A. was registered. No one could have imagined where this journey would lead.

1989.
1995.–2000.

Great success led to rapid growth. New investments, machines, and ovens. We launched frozen bakery production and opened branded stores in Warsaw. We crossed Poland’s borders - Inter Europol began export sales.

1995.–2000.
2019.

Bezgluten joined our family - a leader in gluten-free products. We aim to meet special dietary needs. Our team exceeded 1,500 employees.

2019.
2024.

We welcomed Primavika - a respected Polish producer of vegan and vegetarian gluten-free food. We built a new facility in Marki dedicated to gluten-free production.

2024.
2025.

We joined forces with PAN-PEK, a leader in the Croatian bakery market - strengthening our position in Europe. The Trimar bakery from Wołomin (Poland) also joined our Group, helping us cultivate artisanal traditions.

What does high-quality food mean to us in practice?

We take no shortcuts. Sourdough matures as long as it needs - true flavor takes time. We choose flour from mills we have trusted for years. We use traditional methods whenever possible instead of technological additives.

From gluten-free bread for a child with celiac disease, to plant-based spreads for vegan families, to high-protein bakery products - each product is designed for real consumer needs.

Food is not a commodity. What we create reaches dining tables, lunchboxes and family gatherings. It becomes part of daily life, childhood memories and special moments. We feel that responsibility.

The heart of the Group - for those who miss the authentic taste from a family bakery. Many products are baked using our own sourdough in stone ovens. Numerous awards confirm our quality, while automation supports craftsmanship.

Bezgluten

Specialization: gluten-free and low-protein products

Since 2004, it has proven that “gluten-free” does not mean “taste-free.” Recognized by consumers and industry alike.

Primavika

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, organic food

A family brand that anticipated the plant-based trend. It combines simplicity of ingredients with rich flavor and has received numerous awards and certifications.

Trimar

Traditional artisanal bread

Since 2003, it has baked bread using traditional recipes where time and patience matter most.

Pan-pek

Bakery goods, cakes, snacks, sandwiches, regional specialties

A brand that defines everyday taste in Croatia. Strong in both scale and craftsmanship, with most products made in-house.

Odgovorna proizvodnja

Od početka znamo da dobar kruh počinje dobrim tlom. Poslovanje koje ignorira okoliš nema budućnost. Pravi uspjeh mjeri se ne samo profitom, već i utjecajem.

Poslujemo uz brigu za okoliš i ljude:

  • pretvaramo otpad u resurse,
  • smanjujemo emisije CO₂,
  • koristimo otpadnu toplinu,
  • koristimo reciklirane materijale,
  • sadimo drveće,
  • podržavamo lokalne zajednice.
