The Terms and Conditions herein shall apply to all participants of the Giveaway. The Promoter shall retain the right to amend the rules of the Giveaway at any time during the Promotional period. Any and all amendments to the terms and conditions shall be recorded and published attached to the Terms and Conditions herein. Any amendment to the terms and conditions of the Facebook Giveaway, including extension or shortening of the Promotional Period, shall be published and shall take effect from the date of publication on Pan-pek’s Facebook page. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for participants acknowledgement of the amendments to the terms and conditions of the Giveaway as long as the amendments are published on the Facebook page or attached to the Terms and Conditions herein. The Giveaway is no manner sponsored or promoted by Facebook, nor is it in any manner affiliated with Facebook.

The Giveaway shall be open to all natural persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of the Republic of Croatia. The Giveaway shall not be open to employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (parents, spouses, children and siblings).

Za sudjelovanje u natječaju kandidati moraju u komentaru nagradnog posta napisati koja je žena njihov uzor i zašto, tko ih uvijek inspirira i potiče da budu bolje i snažnije žene.
The Giveaway shall consist of one round:
- Krug traje od 8.3.2024. – 8.3.2024.
Prijave koje pristignu nakon 8.3. u 23:59h sati neće se razmatrati.
- DIO: NAGRADA I OBVEZE DOBITNIKA
Stručni žiri će odabrati najbolji odgovor i nagraditi ga s doručkom za dvije osobe (2 x slani proizvod, 2 x slatki proizvod i 2 x napitak po izboru).
The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange. The prize is not transferrable. After the selection of the winning entry, the jury shall select a reserve winner, in the event of a failure to establish contact with the main winner or if the main winner is deemed ineligible for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control. The reserve winner shall be contacted if the need arises.
The Promoter shall not be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. The Promoter shall not offer any kind of reward or compensation for the use of their posts (reviews).
- DIO: OBVEZE, ČUVANJE TAJNOSTI PODATAKA
SBy entering the Giveaway, entrants agree and undertake to comply with all the Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, entrants irrevocably accept that the Promoter is authorized to use their entry, their name and surname for advertising purposes. By entering the Giveaway, entrants give their consent to the Promoter to store their personal data in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The consent may be withdrawn at any time after the completion of the Giveaway. The Promoter shall handle personal data of winners pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act. The winner’s personal data shall be made available to the Promoter and the agency responsible for the organization of the Giveaway.
The data shall be used within the team responsible for the organization of the Giveaway and shall be stored until the winner claims the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of force majeure. Such events include, but are not limited to: computer virus, computer failure, manipulation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.
- DIO: SPOROVI
The Promoter and Giveaway entrants agree to amicably resolve all disputes. Where this is not possible, all disputes shall be resolved through legal means. The Municipal Court in Zagreb shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute.
